Mr Singh Wants PR is a film about Dildar. Dildar is one of the many thousands of Indian students who travel to New Zealand in hope of finding a job and a better future. When Indian students come to New Zealand they face a lot of problems like unemployment. However, this film isn’t just all about unemployment and getting New Zealand residency. It is also about falling in love and selling cannabis Jalebis. Mr Singh Wants PR is a black comedy about a student struggling to find his place in a new country and been able to make a few quick bucks along the way. Filmed in a guerrilla style of filmmaking with a micro budget under a tight schedule and crew, Mr Singh Wants PR will surely entertain you in its own unique way where Bollywood meets Kiwiland.

Fahad hussain

Bio:Fahad Sher Hussain was born in Pakistan and moved to New Zealand at the age of 16. Since then, Fahad worked at Radio Tarana as a presenter and then graduated from AUT University in Television Production. Fahad went on to direct a local community TV show by the name, Chatime. Mr Singh Wants PR is his first venture into feature-length filmmaking.
